Like pulling teeth to get them to pick up a phone or call you back.. Other than that it has been great for my son.
She was ok at first but in my darkest moments she hardly call me back didn't answer or return my calls or messages for weeks...I understand we all have our personal problems but she should have made us aware of that but thanks for 10years of service...we will be going to else where for people who have time for us!
How can someone start on their healing journey trying to get the help that they need if this office never answers the phone/returns your call? I’ve left several messages and still not one call back.
Very unprofessional. Have called office numerous times over the last month to have reciepts emailed to me, or printed, or literally anything, have had no response. My insurance company needed them for verification because she overcharged me for my first 3-4 visits ($80 instead of my $25 copay) and now my Flex Card is turned off. Literally the most unprofessional office I have ever in my life encountered. Don’t understand how someone can’t send me something as simple as a receipt.
Amazing. She is the best therapist I have ever had. We have tackled so many issues. She treats me like a person, not a number. She's very intuitive, compassionate and empathetic. She cares. Thank you for your time.
