I’ve had a really positive experience with Sunrise Mental Health. Scheduling appointments is easy, and their communication is excellent. If I have to leave a voicemail, I usually hear back the same day. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and informative. What a place. I never write reviews, but I’m truly filled with tears of gratitude as I write this. Today was me and my son’s first in-person appointment with Jeremy Pata. He put my very anxious preteen son at ease and has given us both hope in our mental health journeys. The staff were also so incredibly kind and helpful. We are lucky to have found such a gem. Beautiful location as well.
I had high hopes for this provider! I had an initial assessment in July and the front desk stated they would help facilitate medical record transfers. I provided information and signed release forms. I checked in a few times and literally never heard back. I finally moved on to another provider..
Another outstanding visit by Rebecca and the staff! Highly recommended!
