The team has gone above and beyond to ensure all paperwork was in order by calling the doctors in my behalf. This happened a fee tines and I am grateful. The blood drawing is seamless and the staff is great all around.
The people drawing the blood, are kind and friendly but The two times I I’ve been there my doctors never got the results. I went back to To personally ask them to resend it .they had a hard time working the computer system and could not find me as a patient. Finally, after a lot of insisting, they managed to find it. They could not give me a copy, but said that they would send it to the doctor While I waited. two weeks later as the 2 different doctors still have not received the important blood work .I went back again! I came into the commack office. The ladies were very polite and friendly. I had no wait and was in and out in 10 minutes
I stoped at sunrise commack PSC had an amazing experience Millie greeted me with such a warm smile and Ariel drew my blood with no problem I’m usually a hard stick but she was able to get it without having to stick me more then once. I will definitly be coming back to get my blood drawn here from now on
