I’ve had countless blood draws over the years, and I am an incredibly difficult stick. My veins are tiny, tend to roll, and often collapse, so getting blood on the first try is almost unheard of. Ariel and Yolanda were absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrive for any blood draw, they treated me with such kindness, patience, and compassion. If I could give this place a negative I would! Disgusting. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and had to get bloodwork done so I got there by 315 because my doctor didn’t get back to me till later and I wanted to get the bloodwork done ASAP since what they thought I had could effect my baby. I showed up and told the girl at front desk and she said we received no fax all day so I called my doctor they said they faxed it but will resend it.
