It's Friday, Nov. 8th, 2024. I understand it's Friday & lunchtime ended. At least come back into work pretending you're grateful to have a working job. First off, both of these young women were talking to each other while I stood there for 2 mins. unwelcomed/ greeted/ no direction of if I should sign-in. Secondly, I'm in the waiting room to be called- CALLED into exam room FROM THE EXAM ROOM by my last name- It made me feel a certain way on top of being shown no courtesy or respect as a patient. Horrible services, They take way too long to call someone. Always” under staff “ Every single costumer was complaining about their services while waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this office.!!!!!
Very nasty girl was sitting behind the counter. She didn't know what customer service mean. Lunch break time is 12 pm . But she wanted to close at 11 45 am , she said my manager call me to lock the door at 11:45 instead of 12 pm.Very bad customer service. Will never go back there and will not recommend
