We purchased a home from the owner of the company Sunrise Kitchen and Bath, Mustafa Cuce, and had to get well over 10 re-inspections because he was knowingly not at all or incorrectly performing the fixes he agreed to per our contract (ex. He agreed to have old wiring replaced, upon re-inspection we found that only the outlet plates were replaced to look new and like they had been worked on, which was not the case).
