Arrived late 11pm driving from L.A. There is a small open parking lot underneath that can fit perhaps 12 cars. No security doors open on both sides from street to the small lobby so anyone can walk up to you from the street on both sides. The clerk could not find my booking via Agoda and had to make calls finally after standing there for about 20 mins constantly looking over my shoulder if someone would come up to me from behind the open doors to the dark street. 1 - The electronic key they gave me did not work in when I first arrived and I had to get a new one. 2- There was no toilet paper and no towels in the room. 3- There are personal BBQ grills outside of some rooms that appear to be long term tenants 3- There are bags of trash out side of rooms . 4 -There are bicycle parts in the hallway. 5- There are multiple travel bags lined up outside in the hallway 6 - They have a contract with the county to provide subsidized housing and their pets 7 - the pets bark throughout the night. ... read more

This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m only giving 1-2 stars because the front desk staff, who I assume are the owners, were kind and tried to be helpful. But the actual experience was awful. I got a good deal on booking.com and figured it was a good location.... The first room I was given had sheets that were clearly not washed. They had visible, crusty stains on them. I let the front desk know and they gave me another room, but again, the sheets were visibly dirty with hair and stains. The floors were ... read more

Not sure why this place gets such a bad wrap. I'm assuming these people expect champagne with a beer budget. Respectively I would say this place is okay at best, but given the rates, it's a fair trade. There's definitely room for improvement in various aspects and it would appear that they are currently working on that. Alot of the issues people reported I personally did not encounter during my stay but then yet again it might of just been a stroke of luck. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Sheets were stained and there was hair. Even the under layers of the bed were filthy. The microwave was gross like something exploded and the fridge was a biohazard leaking frion and not functioning. Towels were not supplied because laundry was not done and staff was placing a trash can in my room upon arrival WAY past check in time. Headboard had handprints probably from previous guest “activities”. The worst part is I couldn’t get a refund throught Hotels.com because the hotel wouldn’t approve it.... read more
