This place is terrible. They make you wait forever and they aren’t even busy. Not to mention the girls who work here are rude and unprofessional. I watched the receptionist lady with the glasses be rude to every person who walked in it was so confusing. Weirdos
Waited 2 hours....provider sits in his office for 30 min in between patients. I left after 2 hours, ridiculous
Don't Go here. I came in today for a sore throat lasting 4 days. I went to check in and the lady at the front desk asked me what was going in. I told her about my sore throat and how long it had been going on. She the told me I must have a negative Covid test to get care! What kind of urgent care facility is this. WHO turns a sick person away needing care. This is so upsetting. This is your job to see sick people. Don't go here!
Blocked in to sunrise health care center with a open bleeding headwound and was turned away by reception. Most likely with a concussion to drive to Another Place. If they're not urgent care, they should not advertise. As such, it could cost somebody their life.
