horrible experience as a patient who needs care and attention
Front end receptionist girl with glasses very rude doesn't know how to talk to people.
This place is terrible. They make you wait forever and they aren’t even busy. Not to mention the girls who work here are rude and unprofessional. I watched the receptionist lady with the glasses be rude to every person who walked in it was so confusing. Weirdos
Waited 2 hours....provider sits in his office for 30 min in between patients. I left after 2 hours, ridiculous
Don't Go here. I came in today for a sore throat lasting 4 days. I went to check in and the lady at the front desk asked me what was going in. I told her about my sore throat and how long it had been going on. She the told me I must have a negative Covid test to get care! What kind of urgent care facility is this. WHO turns a sick person away needing care. This is so upsetting. This is your job to see sick people. Don't go here!
