My insurance set this place as my PCP, and I tried getting it all set up when it did, it's been more than a year and nothing has changed or worked. Total waste of time.
I needed to find a Primary for my son who is on Medicaid, and when I called they said they were accepting new patients. Great! I stopped looking around. They needed my son's medical records first though and we signed all papers. After about a month with no word, I called and they said they received his records, but now we have to see if he will be a good fit?? No communication &, still no word another month later. To be a new patient they want you to first get medical records and then they will decide if you can be a patient. Don't waste your time.
