Staff is horrible. I couldn't get a refill on coffee, at all, staff didn't approach me after I had my food, I had to go to manager to get my check, they are rude

I've been pleased with the service and the delicious breakfasts, but was absolutely thrilled with the Reuben sandwich!!! Best one I've had in my life!!! I wish we had a Sunrise Grill where I live, in Michigan!!! Thank you, everyone that works here!!! Rosemont, you've got a great restaurant!!!
