The rooms are not at all as nice as the pictures show here. The place is falling apart. The staff keep telling me that housekeeping will come and they don’t. I was without power in my room for 24 hours before they resolved it. Customer service acts like customers are in their service.

Spacious units with full kitchen, private deck overlook court yard with tall mature trees, conveniently located, easy access to all major high ways. Bus station at the entry goes to down town Seattle directly in 30 minutes. Under new owners and management, clean and quite, very friendly front desk and maintenance staff. Great for short or long term stay.
We got a new suite #2, all appliances were updated, new beds that felt like tempurpedic. The lady at the desk was curteous. We enjoyed it. Hope they soon update all rooms.
All is well just 5days without wifi
Booked as a hotwire 1 star hot rate as somewhere to crash for a couple hours before flying out of SeaTac. Sent to a room that was propped open by the deadbolt. Had pee in the toilet, and bath tub filled with a mixture of sand and water, plus already opened and partially used soaps. Oh and the TVs don't work because "they need a new box." Front desk guy drained and cleaned the tub and for anything beyond that directed us to the manager who will be in tomorrow after we've already left. STAY FAR FAR AWAY
