Worst sales process EVER.. tried to buy out lease..brought our own financing they tried to have us sign for 150.00 more payment.. that was 1st try.. 2nd try same car..same situation.. they sent us paperwork via email.. got to the dealership.. the #s didnt correlate..took 1.5 hours just to draw up new paperwork... plus I took my fusion into their service department over a year ago..having electronic issues... they said they had to do a factory reset..took over 8 hours to get back ..my car was filthy..they parked it in a dirt ... read more
