Great People! – The office staff at Sunrise Medical is very professional and friendly. EVERY time I've interacted with them has been a good expereince. They really take the time to listen!

DO NOT GO HERE – Long story short, had to have some tests done. Instead of saying that everything is ok, they made it sound like i dying and needed to be seen right away to go over results. Got there and all they needed to say was that things looked fine and they wanted to repeat the test in 3-4 weeks. Basically, just wanted me to pay for an office visit that I did NOT need. I am dumbfounded with this place – this place is very special.. so special every one there took the short bus to school is what it seems. I went in there for a physical for work, they told me 14 days to complete the paper work i was like ok.. needless to say I didn't get the job. Reason 1: Took them over 2 weeks to do the paper work. Reason 2: They lost the paper work. Reason 3... this is awsome BTW..: Was on hold for 2 hrs while they looked for my paper work.

When in doubt, double bill the patient – I visited this clinic for a routine check-up . I was seen promptly and had an overall satisfactory experience. I paid my insurance co-pay , and received a bill a month later , for some things that weren't covered by my insurance, which I promptly paid. No problem , right ? Wrong.
