I go to the Canton location and the staff are awesome.You are greeted the moment you step in and no long wait.They have lots of coupons and freebies for adults and kids. You get to watch TV in each dental cleaning room to make you feel relax. I use to be afraid of going to the dentist but this is a welcoming environment for me now, Unfortunately, my husband left because they messed up his appointment dates and couldn't accommodate his availability.
My family went to the Redford office for the first time and they do cheap work my brother and I both already had a filling fall out and its only been a month. And the staff, including the doctor are rude. The receptionist Stephanie always has an attitude tone. And once the doctor fussed the dental assistant out infront of me of a minor error. Very unprofessional.
Quality work with genuine, caring staff! Great place!
