Very, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and RUDE. My family has been patients there for several years, and the staff and dentists are abrupt and rude and not accommodating, the dentist fractured my moms tooth, and didn't want to give her a root canal, and when he was FORCED to give her one, he was very tough with her and rough, and she was in pain for days. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. My sister and her family left this practice.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. Very professional. Most of the dental hygienists have been there 10 years or more! Procedures, costs and options are explained prior to work being done in a low pressure atmosphere. It had been many years since I had seen a dentist when i started to see them. They were very kind and eased my fears and made me feel comfortable - not an easy task! Highly recommended!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider treat every client equally? Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
