For All Your Horses Health Needs Sunrise Equine was founded in 1995 as an ambulatory practice to meet the demand for an equine-only veterinary service.A heated treatment facility was added in 2006 to accommodate the needs of the area's expanding horse community. We specialize in horse care because we believe in doing one thing really well!Our staff consists of three veterinarians and several office personnel. We serve the counties of Chisago, Isanti, Polk-WI, and portions of the surrounding area.

Excellent and caring staff who are knowledgable and take wonderful care of my horses.
First time using Sunrise, had Dr Michelle out yesterday for some routine care. I was very impressed with how she worked with my yearling, who tends to be a stinker with strangers and put up a huge fight. Pulling her coggins was a breeze. She also took the time to answer questions I had about feed and lameness. �
I love Sunrise Equine Veterinary Services they took such good care of my sweet Genie when it was her time(and they took great care of me through it all too) and continue to take great care of my sweet Rose. What an amazing, caring group of individuals. They've always been great to work with no matter why I've had to call them, routine work or more serious, and have never rushed to get on to the next call, but always made sure every single question and concern was addressed before leaving. Thank you!

Kirsten came out to tube my 30 year old "ladies" after a Sat. evening of heavy eating and running loose around the neighborhood - She was wonderful, did a great job with them and I have had no trouble with either one. So grateful to have healthy horses, thank you Kirsten!!

We have used Sunrise, specifically Kirsten, since 2008. We love her patience, her thoroughness, and the fact that she isn't afraid to refer to the U or call them if she doesn't know something. We have had several very complicated cases, and she has been right there supporting us along the way. I am proud to call her, not just my vet, but my friend!
Kirsten was very patient with Honey who is very sensitive to shots. It took some sedation and time but she got the Coggins done. Thanks again Kirsten you did a great job. Tyna Larson :)
