For All Your Horses Health Needs Sunrise Equine was founded in 1995 as an ambulatory practice to meet the demand for an equine-only veterinary service.A heated treatment facility was added in 2006 to accommodate the needs of the area's expanding horse community. We specialize in horse care because we believe in doing one thing really well!Our staff consists of three veterinarians and several office personnel. We serve the counties of Chisago, Isanti, Polk-WI, and portions of the surrounding area.

RecommendedWe had them out today for routine wellness and vaccinations. And dental exams and a dental float, They did an excellent job, very professional and kind, they answered any question we had and our daughter of 6 was right in there watching an asking questions too. You can’t get better service or better value. We had our dogs vaccinated as well saving a small fortune alone! All for one farm call best money spent hands down and would recommend them too anyone and they have 24/7 emergency care as well!
Dr. Michelle came out to check on my expecting mare and 2 gueldings. Awsome work! Best service ever. Horses were calm and accepting for them and we had a very good experience. Highly recommended

Well we just moved to the area and wasn’t familiar with the vets in the area..... I needed a vet to come look at my 11 day old beautiful colt that I had been trying to take care of from day 1 and did everything I knew to do from shots to wrapping legs to ointment walking ect I loved my little foal very much he was born 3 weeks early and had problems from the beginning.... just want to say it was the saddest day of my life but the tests that were done and all for him the best thing for my little guy was to put him down..... Had Dr. Michelle out for a middle of the night, emergency call. While the outcome was not good, she handled it with professionalism and compassion. She was there for my family, I can never thank her enough.
Wonderful vet clinic! Dr Kirsten came out on an emergency call to do stitches. She was wonderful and listened to all my lengthy questions and concerns. They even called to check in on how my mare was doing and I called them a few times during the healing process and they were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. There is barely a scar from the stitches!
