I went to Sunrise Dentistry because I wanted a holistic dentist. When I made that appointment, I was told everything, at first, would be under $200. I was expecting X-rays and a cleaning. After I arrived, I found out the dentist I thought I was going to see had passed away 2 months prior. So, their dentist helping out was a regular dentist. Plus at check out, I was charged $445!!! No senior discount and no cleaning. I felt I was lied to and wasn't given the service that I came in for. Really angry!!

This is the first bad review I've ever posted to Google. Sunrise billed my insurance incorrectly, sent the bills to the wrong address so I had no idea there was a problem, and then had a collections agent come after me. I immediately called Sunrise's billing department and Carolyn was both rude and blamed me for the problems. Many phone calls later, having done her work for her, I was able to explain to Carolyn how she'd incorrectly filed the claims with Delta Dental and what needed to happen for Sunrise to get paid.
