Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
