I didn't care for Dr. Jo's chair side manner. He talked to me like he was a computer. Mentions options like partial dentures which I felt was not an appropriate option. I need to talk to my own dentist regarding not him. Talking to fill the silence. I would just like if he talked to me like I'm a normal person.
Asked for a cash discount , Dr Beth M agreed to10 % percent discount if I pay my portion cash ! I paid full price 1st visit was told the second visit I would pay the discounted amount , but no was told I didn't max out my benefits , that was NEVER told to me. I wasn't told any exceptions or stipulations so I'm disappointed ! Believe you should stand by what you say ! And follow though I even have it in writing !! But no the receptionist would not honor our agreement , very upset !! Not going to stand there are argue

Sunrise dental in shoreline is awesome. The dentist and staff including the front desk are so awesome. They always remember my name and listen to all of my concerns. I have never continually went to the same dental office until this one. Appointments are also very easy to schedule which is very convenient for me because I work a retail schedule.
