Go to Sunrise Dental of Poulsbo for all of your family needs. I have 3 boys, and my husband and I all go here. Dr Kim is always honest with what needs to happen but he understands cost so he lets you know he will try the cheaper option with hopes it doesn't need to be something more. My one son had a deep filling and DR Kim let us know it might become a root canal if he has any lingering pain. But was willing to try this first. Wish I knew the dentist's name I saw 1-1/2 years ago at Sunrise Dental, but know I'll never go back. My initial complaint was pain in a upper back tooth supporting a bridge of three teeth. The dentist I saw looked at the x-ray his assistant took and determined that the tooth and the bridge had to come out due to infection, which would leave a large gap in my mouth and it would cost me $400.00 for the extraction. At ease! I have really bad anxiety that has prevented me from oral care for a good amount of time! I initially chose to come here because they're open on Saturdays! The front staff was friendly, knowledgable and had me scheduled within days! Hattie, who was the assistant who took care of me, did just that! My family and I have found a new dentist. When my wife fell and broke her teeth we had an impossible time finding an oral surgeon. Our doctor could not get return calls. The emergency room could not direct us. Dr. Vice's staff had us in the office in less than 1 1/2 hours. The surgery required was performed in the office and was so well done we knew we needed to look no further for a well-qualified oral surgeon. I was seen at Sunrise Dental as a new patient. I was immediately impressed with this practice. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door and was barely able to sit down before they called me back. I saw Dr. Meckler and Farrah. They worked very well as a team. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during the procedure. All of the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be returning to this office and bringing my family as well
Sunrise Dental...more like Twilight Dental. Disorganized, inexperienced clerical staff never a pleasure to deal with. But worse, after 2.5 years as their patient they tried to sell me on an implant when there was nothing wrong with my tooth. Dr Meckler took one look at an x-ray and decided without further investigation that he "couldn't save the tooth" and that it was his "dental assistants' fault" for not getting better x-rays during my last visit 7 months before. Dr. Stacy is a very kind and pleasant dentist! I felt very comfortable and welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I also left wanting to come back, which is hard to believe because I haven't ever had an experience at the dentist that makes me want to go back. Thank you to the Sunrise staff!
I am so happy I chose Sunrise Dental. – After my insurance company gave me a big book to decide my dentist choice I decided to look for testimonials and I decided on Sunrise Dental.
