Really good experience at this office. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the dentist explained things clearly without making me feel rushed. Definitely felt well taken care of, would recommend.
The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole visit. Dr. Luu explained everything clearly. I am definitely glad to have found this office 🦷🪥
I've been going to Dr. Chin since I joined IBEW 46 in July of 2017. This is after 24 years of not going to a dentist, needless to say I had some issues . Dr. Chin and his friendly staff have been terrific to deal with throughout the years and my dental health has really benefited. Highly recommend.
Edited my review. I had no complaints with them until today. No complaints about the dental team. But I recently experienced billing issues with them. I received a bill for $191. Called them about it, and they said their system did not reflect that I paid for this visit. I went to their clinic and brought my HSA statement showing that I paid them $151.
