I’ve had such wonderful experiences at Sunrise Dental! The entire team is amazing, and the office has such a warm, family-like atmosphere. Dr. Patel is kind, knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely cares about helping her patients. I never feel pressured, and I truly feel that she looks for ways to save her patients money when possible without ever compromising the health or integrity of their teeth. I’ve been going to Sunrise Dental since 2010 when Dr. Webb was the owner. My last two visits under the new ownership has not been a good experience, you can definitely tell the difference between a simple teeth cleaning service. When the dentist herself is doing the hygienist job (cleaning my teeth), which Dr. Webb never done cause he had a great staff, a rushed and not really a cleaning job at that. I received the worst customer service today and this post person supposed to be the office manager. I have never been treated so rudely at a medical appointment that I couldn’t even believe it. Left a message for the head doctor still no return call. I was seen for less than 10 minutes and was billed $130 after my insurance payment. I will never return to that place.

These people have no brain. They tell me every appointment my insurance covers everything. A month later I have an outstanding balance. They claim they check before the visit and that I have nothing to pay for then come to me months later saying I owe 82 then 35 for another bill after they said it was covered. Ridiculous don’t go here.

Dr.Patel, it was great very informative. I couldn’t even tell she was new to the office just by how welcoming she was. Allowed me to ask all the questions I needed and wasn’t defensive if I was curious about the health of my teeth. Natalie - did my actual cleaning and she was very gentle with my mouth I told her this in person.
