Me and my children have been going to this office for a few years. I went to a few other sunrise locations but always came back to this location because of the outstanding service. This location has never tried to be sneaky with billing. They are honest and very nice. Every interaction here has always been a positive experience. My insurance is ending so I will ne taking my children to a different dentist because the cost is a better deal,but I'm happy to continue my dental care here and pay out of pocket. Dr. Im is definitely a very capable but also compassionate and friendly doctor. I don’t have many dental issues but when there is something, he makes it clear what needs to be done and even has a small camera which makes a picture of the issue, which is very helpful. No unnecessary procedures. Very trustworthy. Best dentist I ever had. Thank you!
This review is specifically for Sunrise Dental’s accounts department. In my experience, they tend to adjust treatment costs and use up your insurance benefits if they see an opportunity. I had an extraction originally quoted at $180, and when I requested an updated treatment plan four months later, the exact same procedure was suddenly listed at $306.
