After a horrible experience with a root canal gone wrong and TWO YEARS of dealing with the pain and time off of work for the appointments I was promised a partial that would be covered with what I paid out of pocket for my root canal. They charged my insurance company for the full amount and charged me what wasn’t covered. Ridiculous. Now my insurance is maxed out until March of next year and I have a partial that doesn’t fit!!!! A newspaper, a magazine. Your office feels cold and sterile, not friendly. So far you have not sent in a correct bill for me without my calling you. My member ID # is required, I know you have a copy.
