Paid $7 for the express car wash in bay 3... after covering my car in soap it told me to pull forward to dry, no rinse! Tried calling the number on the receipt and it just rings. I had to pull around and rinse it myself.
Just entered the laser wash (last bay), it soaped my car and then told me to pull forward for air dry! Lost $10 and can't get ahold of anyone at the number posted online.
Dog was is great, towel dry included. Love not having to do at home great clean place to get your dog cleaned up.
Normally this is a great car wash but today the 15th of May at 5pm I bought a $10 car wash in the first bay and it didn't give me and under carriage wash as I drove in and the prewash was super lame it barely worked.
I got stuck in the one with the "soft touch". Could not get a hold of the owner, tried calling the number I found on google. Had to call Romeo Police Department to emergency stop it and remove it from my car so I could get out. No refund, no way to call owner.
I need whoever works there to contact me please. I lost $16 there today in your dog wash. Jason Sellards
