RecommendedVery great place to wash your car. Clean and equipment is always reliable I use this place at least once or twice a week.
It would be nice if the owner would answer the dang phone, got stuck inside the wash last night and had to use the emergency exit button. The car wash didn’t even turn on. If someone would reach out to me I will fix this review.
I just used the dog wash and charged twice two separate days is someone scamming the card slide for paying
Great car wash, takes credit cards. Owner is very receptive to customer concerns & makes it right.
I went through the express car wash and the CC machine ended up charging my card more than what I used. I called the office and the Owner called me back. Talk about professional and super nice. He ended up sending me coupons and crediting our money back. Great customer service!
I use this car wash all the time. Hands down the best wash for the money. I went in one day and got the Ultimate Wash like I normally do when I noticed it didn’t finish cycling. I called the number for service and left a message. When I got a call back I was kind of surprised. They apologized to me and asked me for my address so that they could mail me a check and reimburse me for my wash. I was blown away. The owners of this car wash are the sweetest ever! Not once, but TWICE I have been given the best wash available which blessed me. Unexpected but appreciated! Thank you thank you Sunrise Car Wash of Romeo. Not only that but it's always clean and care for!
I have always got a very good car wash from the automated systems. And now they have been updated and work even better. No complaints here.
