Beautiful property, well maintained. New management as of recent. No complaints as of yet. Limited parking for visitors and residents who don't pay for a covered space is my only complaint. I love my apartment.
This is really a great place to live. The property is quiet, clean, and maintained very well. The management is professional and attentive to the needs of their residents. The amenities are up to date and well kept. If you're looking for a great neighborhood it doesn't get much better than this in Universal City.

This place is garbage just like the management...that worthless pile of an assistant manager "dalilah" or whatever her useless name was gave out rental history without my permission. when we left our place in better condition than they gave it to us they still charged us 300 dollars for "damages" that did not exist and is now on my credit report...worthless
This place has been nothing but a pain in the butt for the past year, all they want is your money. If zero stars was an option I would put that.
