Terrible! Day of the flight was OK but despite calling to say that our pictures (taken on 6/12/2018) were NOT posted on this page AND receiving their assurances that they would be posted —- nothig!!!!
Both my husband and I are successful because of the customer service we provide and Sunrise Ballons follows the same practices. The are members of the A team, from the checking in staff, grown crew, pilots and the chase crew. Thank you for a most excellent experience.
