The lady at the front desk was really rude. I was driving on Newport Ave and really needed to use the bathroom and she said I looked really suspicious. She made me take my hands out of my pocket and I just had my phone.
Great place with good atmosphere and friendly people. Staff are kind and helpful.
If you are looking for somewhere to be abandoned come to Ivy park. The place is always under staffed and residents get exhausted from waiting for someone to help them. Worker are overly worked and a lot of them cry because of the load of work they assign to them and that leads to residents not being able to take their time to do their day to day routine. I worked at Sunrise at Tustin in college and came back years later to rejoin the team! I was so excited to see so many familiar faces of long term team members! This is such a special place.
