Now that fall is coming quicker, there will be less residents happily greeting me when entering Sunrise Orchard. When walking into this community I always feel welcome and appreciated. There is a sense of family amongst the entire leadership team, which translates into care and love for residents that live within. Highly recommend this community! They have an outstanding, dedicated team and always go above and beyond to put residents first. Their ability to assist seniors with higher care needs really sets them apart. The beautiful community and location is the cherry on top of a wonderful foundation of excellence in care provided.
Although the overall environment is positive, there are noticeable gaps in follow-up and communication that impact the experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with and helping place families at this community. Iyana, Jason and all of the care staff and administration are heavily involved and provide the utmost highest, standard of care in senior living. When it comes time for my parents to move to an AL, this will be one I would highly recommend.
