After selecting our dream home with DR Horton, our initial impressions were very positive. The sales process went smoothly, and our expectations for an overall great experience were high. Unfortunately, once construction began, that experience changed significantly. The grass that was planted by DR Horton was laid on hard clay without any topsoil and died very quickly. Although we didn’t end up purchasing a home at Sunrise Acres our sales representative, Tamara, was excellent. She was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She met with us multiple times to ensure all our questions were answered and when she didn’t know she checked and quickly got back to us. She never pressured us and was very friendly and courteous. She is A+++!
