Unprofessional. Harassing. Like pulling teeth to get any sort of "decent" customer service. 12/10 would not recommend.
We purchased a vehicle from Easy Auto and within 14 months the motor locked up and transmission was bad. Mario st Easy Auto determined the vehicle wasn't worth fixing even though it was under warranty. We were offered to trade out of the vehicle. The one vehicle we were interested in the payments were out of reach. I spoke with a very rude & unprofessional lady at Sunrise Acceptance. Sunrise acceptance finance is a joke . My son bought a car . We went had it appraised it's only worth 3000.00. They finance it for 14000.00 . So Easy Auto is crooked and they both are together on this . So don't get a car from Easy Auto . Don't finance at Sunrise Acceptance Finance.
They say they are here to help but I have had massive problems so far
