Rating changed. After frequent requests it took 7 months to come tell me, Ithe unit needs new washer and dryer. Months of laundromat visits. Basement floods through the lone basement window when it rains heavy, which i believe ruined the washer and dryer.

I am a visitor to this neighborhood staying at an Air BnB and I pass through this apartment community on my way to the C Train station. I feel a bit sorry for the people who live in this development. It looks poorly maintained, grounds are shabby, the general atmosphere is unloved. I was walking through today and two shiftless- looking white dudes were standing in front of their apartment giving me the stink eye.
