I lived at an apartment managed by Sunridge Properties from 2007 to 2010, and honestly the reason this review is so late, is because I just read an article about wrongful security deposit holdings in the LA Times and was just annoyed that the same thing happened to me. I was bill $300+ for cleaning of the apartment, although Debbie didn't account for ordinary wear and tear and the apartment was giving to me in similar condition.
