It's great if you need a place to stay for a month. But seriously do NOT live here. This place will humble you. Outside of the cheap fixes. (Not at fault to the maintenance they are working with the only resources they have) There is a major roach infestation, ants coming through cracks, extreme foundation issues. (Seriously I can feel holes under my feet in places like I would fall through into the apartment below) had a ceiling leak that dripped for days.
