Initially a good vet, then they started dropping the ball and too focused on upselling. A 1-rating is too high. My dog had a tooth abscess. They immediately said he needed the tooth removed. Didn't even ask my dental habits. I trusted them until they started telling me they would put him on their food plan. While they were at it, they were going to look at his other teeth as they felt he might need multiple teeth pulled. I declined. Here we are over a year later... no teeth issues. When is Dr. Garcia going to take her hand out of our wallets and actually help our rabbit? Seriously, she's had him on pre surgery drops for cataracts for the 2nd month in a row, yet she says its not cataracts. I had cataracts in both eyes 2 yrs. ago so I immediately recognized the drops.I am disabled but I am disrupting my sleep to help give the rabbit the drops because of the ungodly schedule she has him on.But I do this to help him, even though I know it isn't because without the surgery, the drops will do nothing. Unfortunately, we had to put our baby down this morning. the serenity room that they have put together for transitions is absolutely amazing. The staff were so gentle and so caring and made the process that much easier for us. my daughter and my son-in-law were with us. And now they will be using Sunridge animal hospital for their pets.
They are wonderful with my dog and especially with my two lionhead bunnies. They, Dr. Garcia and Dr. Reed are amazing and just recently saved my sweet bunny. They are amazing vets exotic pet vets, which is hard to find. I am blessed to have found them!
