RecommendedJust got my solar panels turned on today. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with have been very polite and accommodating. John Davalito went over my bill with APS and explained what my savings should be. Katie in the office has been willing to answer all my questions and if she didn’t have an answer found the answer. The process took a while, but in the long run, I am looking forward to seeing the benefits of solar power.
It’s great having Sun Rate Energy, very happy with it. I would recommend it to everyone.plus the employee was very nice and helpful!!!
They showed up as scheduled Installation was neat and clean. Just waiting on inspection so they can turn it on.
The owner, John, is unprofessional and deceptive. I do not recommend anyone engage in business with him or SunRate. He takes advantage of people and is a FRAUD. Use anyone other than SunRate.

Worst customer service , scams, lies, and they forge documents .. if your looking to get ripped of this is the company. Jon davalito is a professional con artist, and thief. Sun rate solar is worst than solar city. I highly recommend you stay away from this guy and his company. Bad news for Arizona
