Mike our server was amazing... what was not amazing was the under seasoned food...shrimp and grits had no flavor and found shells left on shrimp.. crab cake was super fishy tasting and was was still hard... porkchop again lacking flavor and tough..salad found abit gritty it needed to be rinsed more... gf cheesecake was good. Music by band needed to perform all 3 hours not radio with ymca and chicken dance...no dolphins found plenty of pelicans.
I recently cruised with Solaris on their sunset dinner voyage. It was an amazing experience! All of the staff were top notch. Our host Drew in particular, was very personable, funny and attentive. It's an intimate voyage and the food was excellent. The live entertainment was next level. Everyone on the vessel was visibly having a blast. The worst part of the experience, was when it ended. We used their wedding planning service for our daughter's wedding, and it was a nightmare. They kept trying to overcharging us—we had to constantly stay on top of it all which really negates the point of hiring a wedding planner. They tried to double charge us for the food - thankfully we caught that clerical error (though the planning tried to argue with us at first). Drew!!! The best server. The food was excellent. Vibes were immaculate. Drew was spectacular. This dinner cruise was 14/10.
