Tony Mattos was the technician. He did an excellent job of replacing all the filters, fixing the water spout, making sure the pressure was right in the water tank below the sink, and checking the system. Tony was very knowledgeable and personable. Tony is my choice for a technician.

The technician, Tony M., that serviced our softener, was very knowledgeable, and quick, and it was a pleasure to chat with him for a short time. Great job! Two thumbs up!
Our techs name is Andrew; when he came out, he was so helpful! He explained how and why we were having the problem and how to fix it the next time. I believe this man is an asset to the company as he goes above and beyond to insure the customer understands their system and how to properly use it. Our last tech said the problem we were having was normal due to air flow, but Andrew showed me how it was not just air flow, but a back up. Thank you Andrew Venegas!

Our water softener service appointment had to be pushed back because the tech was running late. But they were very apologetic and I appreciated that they still got the service done on the same day, even though it got pushed late into the evening. I appreciate that it was still done that day, so I wouldn't have to worry about making a different days schedule work. The tech was very knowledgeable and personable.
