SunPower has the worst customer service of anybody. my system has been down twice and it took them over a month to get to me. right now my system's down again the disconnect blue up direct short is in it someone turns to break around they can get hurt and they won't get out here even on a safety issue exactly 30 days. I got news for you son power if you can't service people within two days you need to hire more people because if somebody gets hurt at my house I will own your company.
They take forever to get anything done , Hidden costs drive your final price up . Seldome call back or have the correct information , Work looks like a five year old did it

The entire Quality Home Service team were exceptional! Sean Paul my sales person, my initial contact person was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I felt I was choosing the right company after our initial meeting! And I was right, as through the entire process the communication and notifications were timely and professional. Our sales representative Brooke Hamilton was very knowledgeable and helpful. Always answered all our many questions with the greatest of patience. This was an important addition to our home and Brooke was there to guide us. Ronny Morales our customer field ambassador was also very helpful in teaching us how to monitor our solar system. Do I recommend Sun Power by Quality Homes Services? You bet!
From the initial presentation to the installation, the process was impressive. Daljit Singh Riar (sales) was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After signing, I received emails and phone calls letting me know the progress of the plans and approvals. The installation crew (led by Martin Mesa) actually arrived before the scheduled time (unusual in my experience with most contractors) and were efficient, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves.
