My review is based on the excellent customer service I received from Chelcee. Chelcee responded quickly to my needs both before and after I received my hot tub pump. Unfortunately, the pump was damaged during shipping, however Chelcee was quick to respond and assist me. Thank you Chelcee for the excellent customer service!
