I recently opened an account with Sunpan while sourcing furniture for film sets and have had a great experience so far. Terrible customer service — would not recommend I would leave a zero-star review if I could. We purchased a concrete dining table (Celica Dining Table) in July 2025. It was used only for normal meals, with no rough use. By August, the table cracked on its own. Our interior designer contacted Sunpan and was repeatedly told the cracking was “part of the aesthetic.” The crack continued to expand and spread. Sunpan eventually agreed to an exchange.
