Terrible customer service — would not recommend I would leave a zero-star review if I could. We purchased a concrete dining table (Celica Dining Table) in July 2025. It was used only for normal meals, with no rough use. By August, the table cracked on its own. Our interior designer contacted Sunpan and was repeatedly told the cracking was “part of the aesthetic.” The crack continued to expand and spread. Sunpan eventually agreed to an exchange. Union and all their other showroom dealers are getting ripped off. Sunpan sells directly to anyone offering 40% discounted pricing. Not a cool business practice. And yes you get what you pay for. All made overseas with swamp wood and cheap fabrics. The H&M of homegoods.
