I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he was absolutely professional and courteous and kind in changing my tire. I really really appreciate his help. And they came way faster than anticipated. I was told an hour and 45 minutes and he came in about half an hour. Thank you for helping me.
I would give them a zero if I could. My car had got stuck in water and one of the police officers in the area had called for Al's Sunoco towing. The crew came in, didn't have much idea on what to do with the car given it has electronic gears and were unable to tow. After 30 mins of fiddling with the car I told the crew respectfully that I was not comfortable with how they were treating the car, that I was getting a burning smell inside the car and that they should drop it given they were not having any success. Colossal waste of time. I went in there Saturday to ask about a repair, they made and Appt for Tuesday (all smiles they were) They said I could drop the truck off Monday afternoon, which I did. All day Tuesday I waited and did not hear, figured, they were fixing it. We had about 2 inches of snow. They called first thing Weds morning told me they had not even worked on it and gave me a 4k quote. They did not do any work and also could not do the other repair. Insane.
