The gave my wife’s car to a salvage company without ever even talking to her once. No one there even had the decency to attempt to contact the owner/sole title holder of the car (my wife).
Definitely friendly service. I was here for emission test, they gently explained the process for me and helped me handled the test, and it was smooth and nice 👍
I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he was absolutely professional and courteous and kind in changing my tire. I really really appreciate his help. And they came way faster than anticipated. I was told an hour and 45 minutes and he came in about half an hour. Thank you for helping me.
I would give them a zero if I could. My car had got stuck in water and one of the police officers in the area had called for Al's Sunoco towing. The crew came in, didn't have much idea on what to do with the car given it has electronic gears and were unable to tow. After 30 mins of fiddling with the car I told the crew respectfully that I was not comfortable with how they were treating the car, that I was getting a burning smell inside the car and that they should drop it given they were not having any success.
