Had a very unfortunate incident with a tow truck driver from Al Sunoco. Younger gentlemen with longer hair, who became verbally aggressive even I asked how long it would take for him to unblock me from my parking space. This was in a hospital parking lot...not exactly the place, I would expect to be verbally, abused as a healthcare worker. I would highly avoid this company and go to a company that has courteous and professional tow truck drivers. I can see from other reviews, this was not an isolated incident.
Had a flat tire, and Al's changed it for me. I forgot the guy's name, but he was really nice and fast. Thank you for getting me back on the road!
Conner was helpful and went out of his way to clean the windshield of my car while I waited. Always friendly Staff !
I was at this impound lot at my insurance company’s request after an accident to take photos of my car and to retrieve all of my personal belongings and the license plate. One employee screamed at me even though I was already moving my car after being told by another staff member that I couldn’t park there. The gates were open with no signs posted.
