Brittany is so sweet. She was very helpful the process was quick and easy.
Since arriving I've really felt at home. The houses are all well taken care of and the area is well kept. My home is unbelievable for the price. It's modern and sleek with a very open design. Everything from the placement of the outlets to the choice of light fixture feels intentional and mindful of the tenet. What really sold me was how mindful the estate manager, Britney Gates was. They are putting in new homes and they are very nice!
We moved to this estate and they are in the process of upgrading the community with new single and double wides; as well as a new swing set, picnic area, and mail boxes. It is set back off of W 4th St and offers privacy as well as a quiet surrounding as it is located on a dead end road; not much through traffic. I have enjoyed being here with my family so far and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!
