We moved to this estate and they are in the process of upgrading the community with new single and double wides; as well as a new swing set, picnic area, and mail boxes. It is set back off of W 4th St and offers privacy as well as a quiet surrounding as it is located on a dead end road; not much through traffic. I have enjoyed being here with my family so far and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!
Update: unfortunately the association and property manager have not responded to my communication attempts for the past few months now. I was hoping it was going to get better but has not. We have several maintenence issues, which we put requests back in late october for, related to the single wide from improper installation and finishing.
