DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE! We were referred here for our newborn's hearing test from Saint Peters. We traveled 1 hour when she was just 3-weeks old so the Audiologist could conduct a 5-minute test and tell us we needed to come back for the 2-hour test. We schedule, and then they cancel and reschedule for 3 months later. We went to her appointment yesterday, and it was far from professional. Though the staff was great and it was a positive experience,they billed us $1800. We paid it and later found out that Medicare had paid the whole amount. We called them and they gave no explanation. They refunded us the money so I wasn't sure I'd leave a review but this is a problem.
Don’t like it bc this place has no confirmation call for appointment and no reminder call for your appointment. Staffs are rush to go home not very patient.
