We confirmed our appointment, and had our pricing. Almost a for sure sale.. the car was not only NOT waiting for us... the staff went out to find it for a half an hour before we left. At least seven other sales men in the building.. no one tried to get us excited about the 2013 Escape we came to see.. we weren't shown one. We left. Skip this dealership..
