Moved in yesterday coming from Montana. Glenda made this whole process very easy. Nicest woman you’ll ever meet. She had a little gift bag for our pup ready for us when we arrived. Apartment was a little dirty upon arriving but we had a crew of family with us that got to work. Nothing major though. Had an issue with hot water heater and dryer vent being plugged up. Glenda put in a maintenance request right away and Alberto came and fixed everything swiftly. Super personable and explained everything. Excited to live here!
Berto came and fixed my water heater. He was so nice, and professional! He even told me that he will come back tomorrow and make sure it's fixed for sure!
