I had a very disappointing experience living (my family) at Revolve Apartments. The management, particularly Wendy and another individual whose name starts with "Ch," were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They consistently showed a lack of care and respect, especially toward refugee and immigrant residents. They taking advantage because of language issues. Luego de mudarme se quedaron con todo mi depósito son groseros y irresponsables me cobraron una puerta que nunca tuvo el apto y cualquier cosa que se imaginaran pésimo servicio fui a poner el reclamo en la oficina no resolvieron nada tengo una conocida que entregó su apto meses antes cuando estaba la otra administración y solo le cobraron 300$ a mi me están quitando 1500$ por favor ni piensen en mudarse allí
My grandmother moved out of these apartments over three months ago and was told she’d receive her final refund check shortly after moving out. It’s now been months with no check, no follow-up, and no explanation. I’ve called multiple times on her behalf and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. This kind of treatment toward elderly residents especially after they’ve upheld their part of the lease is completely unacceptable. Son unos irresponsables... tengo 5 meses esperando el deposito del apartamento del cual salimos desde diciembre y han enviado 3 cheque sin fondos! Llamo al número que aparece y no dan respuesta y Carmen que atiende en la oficina nunca sabe nada y me manda a comunicarme con la manager... la cual me respondió la primera vez que le escribí ya ahora nisiquiera me responde los email y tampoco envían el cheque nuevo! Aparte de pésimo servicio desde el día 1 que nos mudamos también hasta 6 meses después sigue siendo un pésimo servi... read more
The lady in the office ms.carmen has been so much help to me and my family. So helpful anytime we come to office she is very nice and does good job! I would recommended people talk to her. We love oir home. Very nice lady
