Lude at Sunnyside Veterans was incredible in helping my mom navigate the benefits process after my father passed. It was such a long and confusing journey, but Lude’s knowledge and compassion made all the difference. She carefully reviewed all of my mom’s documentation and even helped craft a letter to the VA that clearly explained our situation — in a way they would truly understand. I can’t thank her enough for caring so much about my mother’s case and going above and beyond to help us.
Huge thanks to Lude & her team, I got a nexus letter through SVC and filed a claim. The Nexus letter + all of the other medical evidence I provided got me awarded service connection, and brought me up from 50% to 80% Kudos to Lude & SVC! Additionally, a note for any future Veteran reading this: Remember, Nexus Letters are a huge part of the process, but is not 100% of the process.
