Lady in the office was very rude, zero help, very condescending tone and was literally laughing at me when I told her this is my first time ever doing this and laughing at my questions. Brian on the other hand very helpful and friendly.

I was charged for water i never used in irrigation we should have a right to refuse to pay for things we don't use and shouldn't pay it. we all need to be refunded for the non usage. Plus very rude staff and racist too..Also they need to make payment plans too we can't just pay it in full we got a family to feed too we can't afford what they ask. They make us poor with so many fees too it hurts..
