Quick service, was finished processing my payment in less than 5 minutes. The front desk ladies (Ana and Martha) were friendly and courteous to me and the other customers there.

Lady in the office was very rude, zero help, very condescending tone and was literally laughing at me when I told her this is my first time ever doing this and laughing at my questions. Brian on the other hand very helpful and friendly.
It's ridiculous that they make you pay for a service that you don't get ...
