My husband and I almost bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from John Kelley. We ended up going with a different car but were very sorry not to buy a car from John. He went above and beyond. Wasn’t pushy, was courteous, and very responsive. He is very good at his job. We liked the outlander but just wanted a little more room so went with a different car. Would highly recommend working with John!
So I had bought my Final Edition Evo from here. You know it’s always freaky to buy a car, so I wasn’t super excited going into this deal. But as soon as I walked through the doors the atmosphere changed instantly. Everyone that works here is extremely nice. This isn’t your typical car dealership. The whole team at Sunnyside was awesome! Treated my truck like their own and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I do a lot of my own service, but I’ll make sure to make it a point to bring my truck back to have them work on it!
Brian and his Service Team are great. They go above and beyond, in my opinion, of what "normal" would be for Customer Service. These are great people who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Sunnyside Mitsubishi.
Once again Jakub at Sunnyside goes above and beyond for his customers. I purchased my Outlander Sport with him a year ago, he insisted I purchased the wheel coverage. I did and I thank him for the advice. I moved to FL and busted a tire on a Sun. We reached out to him because I couldn't find my contract. Not only did he get in touch with us on his day off, but also emailed me my complete contract which btw he didn't have to. This is customer service excellence!
Very, very disappointed in this place. I've been coming here since 2010 the service guys were always honest and never tried to up charge me on things for my car that I did not need. I was just in here for a headlight issue. The diagnosis was that the ballast for my HID headlight was going bad. Sunnyside quoted me $1,500 for a new headlamp assembly when all I needed was a new ballast. I got a second opinion from a friend who is a technician and was able to locate the ballast I need. I bought a car from there lot yesterday . there customer Service was very good . from the beginning I felfelt very comfortable .with service agent Tyler and jacob were very knowledgeable and friendly and every question I had they walked me through it with no problem they give fair prices And if the can't come with number you like . they will work with you to get to that number your comfortable with. I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a car
